Returns

As of now, I do not accept returns on items, mostly because I have barely figured out shipping let alone returns?!. However, I am MORE than willing to listen to your qualms and issues and I want to know if you are not happy. Please email me and we will work it out. I want nothing more than extreme satisfaction with all the work I make.

Shipping

Please note that your orders will ship between 2-7 business days. You will receive an email once shipped with a USPS tracking number. If you are trying to use an address outside of the U.S. that is not showing up, please email me and I will add your country to the list of options.

Care and Information

If you have purchased brass jewelry, please note that I have coated the brass to avoid tarnish. As with any coating, it will wear off over time (about 1-2 years). Once you notice tarnishing, you can just polish your jewelry with a soft, non abrasive polishing cloth. (If you are local to me, I am happy to re-coat the pieces, depending on the embellishments on the jewelry).

I would not recommend showering with any of my jewelry products. To lengthen the life of this jewelry, do not subject to water or frequent beauty products like lotions. (You absolutely can wear lotion as normal, just try to take off jewelry before applying).

As with anything handmade, some things may not appear exactly as photographed. (Try as I might, I am a TERRIBLE photographer). I have tried to best represent these products but sometimes, they will look slightly different in person. Slight discoloration is to be expected with metalsmithing, and although I have tried my best to weed out products that are imperfect, there could be slight discolorations from the soldering process that could present as a tiny more silver band on your brass earrings. Overall, with the soft gold color or the brass, and especially in the light, these are not noticeable, but as with anything I make, if you are not satisfied upon receipt please email me!
